In this Universe and in this existence, where we live with this duality whether we exist or not and who we are, the stories we tell are the stories that define the potentiality of our existence. A story is the relationship between who you potentially are and the infinite world….
Everybody has a story that they follow.
The question is – am I telling the story or is the story telling me? Shekhar Kapur in his brilliant speech is addressing so many interesting subjects that I could just go on and on about forever. I’m certain I will come back to a few of them at a later time. When he mentioned contradiction and harmony, it reminded me of something I once wrote about chaos in the Universe.

Everything in the Universe is striving for the perfect balance. If you take as an example the Moon that spins around your planet, it always shows the same side towards Earth. It’s because it takes exactly the same amount of time for it to circulate the Earth as it takes for it to rotate one turn around itself. All the large satellites in a solar system behaves in the exact the way. But in the quest for harmony and order there will be chaos if harmony is not met. It is a complicated concept that few creatures in the Universe really understand. Chaotic systems behave rather unpredictable but the peculiar thing is that if you look at it from a wider perspective you will see that chaos really is a part of harmony as well. The fact that chaotic systems sometimes occur is a condition that has to be met for harmony to take place.”
